Professor Colceag is an international expert in gifted education, also, the main developer of the gifted education concept in Romania starting with 2003, and the supporter and initiator of the proposal of Law in the support of gifted children in Romania– to become in 2007 the Law 17/2007. He is involved with the development of the personnel, the parents, and mentorship for children above 8 years of age on math, complexity in thinking and complexity of dealing with solutions on the crises and issues of our times.
