I like to be constantly surprised by these children, by their intelligence and creativity. I am glad that I can get in contact with them, to know them better, to support them in their development process. I drew the desire to discover skills and talents of the children sometimes only suspected. I wish I could be with them, encourage them, to help them develop their skills, to refine these skills, giving them new perspectives, guides and tips. In collaboration with Centrul Gifted Education, every moment is special because each of these children is special. Knowing each one in particular, you find out about another temperament, another talent, another self to explore with curiosity. At the same time, these gifted children need huge need stimulation and guidance, and they require a lot from a trainer. Through such challenges you become better, and you prepare continuously to learn, and to work at the highest standards.
