Mentoring in Relational Arithmetic

Cristina Elena  is a Senior trainer and a communication consultant since 2005. She  planned and led trainings for more than 4500 participants from various professional areas: teachers, educators, journalists, managers, doctors, nurses, students, civil servants, primary school pupils,  high school students, project managers, volunteers, police, air traffic controllers.

ESPERE training (Specific Energy for Relational Essential Ecology) crowned her  28th year of  professional activity.  She makes part of the first group trained in Romania by Aleth Naquet (2003). She is also a gradute of the Opportunity Associates School (1999).

She is the founder of the Learning Ecosystem, PIA Program –  School of Communication and coordonates it since 2006, for the benefit of children, a program for parents and teachers from Romanian private schools and kindergartens, in which the attendees learn and discover knowledge and relationship skills.
She is also a mother, a wife, a sister, a niece and a daughter.  Each of these dimensions  plays a huge role on the way she completes her professional duties.
Cristina’s  workshops and trainings are both playful and pragmatic, full of curiosity and enthousiasme,  and offer a consitant feedback.
She  volunteers and she’s a board member of  different  associations: CREATIV, ACTOR and Autism Romania, supporting with enthousiasme different  environmental projects. Nevertheless,  she has two old passions: nature and human nature.
